{"id":11346,"date":"2022-01-31T14:08:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-31T18:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/?p=11346"},"modified":"2022-03-24T12:44:03","modified_gmt":"2022-03-24T16:44:03","slug":"public-consultation-january-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/fr\/public-consultation-january-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Consultation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The College is inviting comments on proposed amendments to the College By-laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At its meeting of December 17, 2021, the Council of the College of Psychologists passed a motion to circulate proposed amendments to <em>By-law 5: Selection of Committee Chairs and Committee Members<\/em> and <em>By-law 20: Election to Council, Qualifications, Terms of Office, and Conditions for Disqualification<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Health Professions Procedural Code being Schedule 2 of the <em>Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA)<\/em> requires that amendments to these By-laws be circulated to members 60 days before they receive final approval.
