Members who have been using the online tracking system as a record of their CPD activities are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">encouraged to make their own copies<\/span> of the material they have recorded. To download the Online Tracking Sheet and the supporting documents, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 1: Log into your membership services account at <a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpbao.ca\/\">https:\/\/members.cpbao.ca\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step 2: On the left-hand banner, select \u201cCLICK HERE TO SIGN SAG &amp; CPD DECLARATIONS\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step 3: After arriving on the page displaying all your previous and current CPD cycles, click \u201cdetails\u201d on the cycle you wish to download materials from:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"492\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/CPD-Records-Retrieval-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12193\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 4: Once logged into the CPD Online Tracking Sheet, click on the <font color=\"#33B2FF\">blue box<\/font> that indicates \u00ab\u00a0Download Current Cycle Activities\u00a0\u00bb:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"177\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/CPD-Records-Retrieval-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12195\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 5: Your Online Tracking Sheet will be downloaded into a PDF format (Please note that supporting documentation will not be automatically downloaded)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 6: To download supporting documents, click on the pencil icon next to the activity and a page with the details of the activity will appear:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"481\" height=\"179\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/CPD-Records-Retrieval-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12197\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 7: At the bottom of the activity page, the attachment name will be visible.
