The Committee also held 18 teleconferences to consider 27 cases and a plenary meeting was held on April 29, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ICRC Dispositions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ICRC disposed of 33 cases during the 4<sup>th<\/sup> Quarter, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"977\" height=\"458\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-63.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-63.png 977w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-63-800x375.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-63-768x360.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 977px) 100vw, 977px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*SCERP: Specified Continuing Education or Remedial Program<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u2020F&amp;V: Frivolous, vexatious, made in bad faith, moot or otherwise an abuse of process, pursuant to s.26(4) of the Health Professions Procedural Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dispositions of these 33 cases, as they relate to nature of service, are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"442\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-64.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12536\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-64.png 975w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-64-800x363.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-64-768x348.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disposition of Allegations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 33 cases disposed of included the consideration of 89 allegations. The ICRC took some remedial action with respect to 30, or 34%, of these allegations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-65.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12538\" width=\"840\" height=\"604\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-65.png 975w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-65-800x576.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-65-768x553.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 4<sup>th<\/sup> quarter, five HPARB reviews of ICRC decisions were requested. The College received four HPARB decisions.
