A Hearing was held on October 4, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRE-HEARINGS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Romeo Vitelli: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1461\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1461<\/a><br><br>A Pre-Hearing Conference took place on September 16, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ONGOING MATTERS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Andr\u00e9 Dessaulles: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2530\"><strong>https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2530<\/strong><\/a><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This matter was referred to the Discipline Committee on February 17, 2021. A Motion in this matter was heard on June 20 and 23, 2022, and is scheduled to continue on November 7 and 8, 2022. The Hearing has not yet been scheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Darren Schmidt: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/21702\"><strong>https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/21702<\/strong><\/a><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This matter was referred to the Discipline Committee on December 2, 2021.
