This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2500\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Douglas Misener:<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on September 1, 2022 and the ICRC Decision was sent to Dr. Misener on October 27, 2022. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/20246\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Owen Helmkay:<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referrals regarding six different matters were made to the Discipline Committee on November 9, 2022, and the ICRC Decisions were sent to Dr. Helmkay on November 25, 2022. These matters are currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PRE-HEARINGS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1461\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Romeo Vitelli: <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Pre-Hearing Conference was held on September 16, 2022. The Hearing has not yet been scheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MOTIONS OR HEARINGS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Motions or Hearings were held for the following matters in the 2nd quarter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2530\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Andr\u00e9 Dessaulles:<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Motion for this matter continued on November 7 and 8, 2022. The Hearing has not yet been scheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/21702\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Darren Schmidt:<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hearing was held on October 4, 2022. The Discipline panel\u2019s Decision with respect to this matter has not been released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ONGOING MATTERS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1380\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Ian Shields:<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This matter was referred to the Discipline Committee on August 3, 2022.
