This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HEARINGS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2530\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2530\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. Andr\u00e9 Dessaulles<\/a>:<br>The Hearing took place on April 25, 2023. The Discipline panel\u2019s Decision with respect to this matter has not yet been released. The reprimand has not yet been administered and is not yet scheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1461\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1461\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. Romeo Vitelli<\/a>:<br>The Hearing regarding this matter took place on April 24, 2023. The decision was released on May 16, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1380\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1380\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. Ian Shields<\/a>:<br>The Hearing for this matter took place on May 5, 2023.
