In addition, the ICRC held 16 teleconferences to consider 26 cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next ICRC meeting is scheduled for December 7, 2023, with 8 cases on the agenda.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ICRC Dispostions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"449\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-102.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-102.png 975w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-102-800x368.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-102-768x354.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*F&amp;V: Frivolous, vexatious, made in bad faith, moot or otherwise an abuse of process, pursuant to s.26(4) of the Health Professions Procedural Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dispositions of these 19 cases, as they relate to nature of service, are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"430\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-103.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-103.png 975w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-103-800x353.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-103-768x339.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dispostions of Allegations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The 19 cases disposed of included the consideration of 56 allegations.
