Please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/applications.cpbao.ca\/\">https:\/\/applications.cpbao.ca\/<\/a> to start your application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prospective applicants are encouraged to review the <a href=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/aba\/how-to-apply-aba\/behaviour-analyst-supervised-practice-entry-level-route\/\">Registration Guidelines for the Entry Level Route<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/resources\/faqs\/\">FAQs<\/a> to learn more about the registration requirements and process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsure of whether you qualify for registration using this registration route? Prospective applicants are encouraged to carefully review the Registration Guidelines, <a href=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/cpo_resources\/supervised-practice-behaviour-analyst-section-g-academic-credentials\/\">Section G \u2013 Academic Credentials<\/a> to help them determine whether their degree program meets the College academic requirements for registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Regulation Resource Task Force of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) has published several resources for practitioners and the public <a href=\"https:\/\/ontaba.org\/regulation-resource-task-force\/\">here<\/a>, including a &nbsp;BCBA and CPBAO Comparison Chart and Student FAQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Things to know:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed on a case-by-case basis against the requirements set out in the Registration Guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications are first reviewed by the Registrar.&nbsp;Not all applications must be reviewed by&nbsp;the Registration Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants are responsible for securing a supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants can check the status of their application by reviewing the checklist and \u201cUpload Documents\u201d sections of the application form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>College staff will update the checklist once the application form has been submitted and as supporting documentation is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting documentation can be submitted prior to the application form and vice versa. Once all required components have been received, the application will be placed in queue for processing. The processing time is up to 4-6 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following supporting documentation <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">must be sent by the relevant organization\/institution directly to the College<\/span> (e-mail is preferred: <a href=\"mailto:cpbao@cpbao.ca\">cpbao@cpbao.ca<\/a>):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Academic transcripts (master\u2019s or doctoral level);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letters of good standing\/registration history from other regulatory bodies (if applicable);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language fluency test results (if applicable); and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic equivalency evaluations for master\u2019s or doctoral degrees\/coursework obtained outside of North America (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants may upload their Vulnerable Sector Check to their application. Please review the <a href=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/cpo_resources\/behaviour-analyst-appendix-c-vulnerable-sector-screening-policy\/\">Vulnerable Sector Screening Policy<\/a> for additional information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The required Supervisor\u2019s Agreement &amp; Confirmation of Private Practice Arrangements Form can be found in the \u201cDownload Forms\u201d section of the application form or the <a href=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/resources\/reference-library\/\">Reference Library<\/a> (under Become a Member).
