There were three referrals to the Discipline Committee in the 3rd<\/sup> quarter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Philip Classen<\/a>:<\/strong> This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Christopher Heap<\/a> (2 matters):<\/strong> These matters are currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRE-HEARINGS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The following Pre-Hearing Conference was held in the 3rd<\/sup> quarter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Irina Trofimova<\/a>: <\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The Pre-Hearing Conference for two related matters took place on December 12, 2024. The Hearing is scheduled for June 26, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
