These matters are currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpbao.ca\/public_register\/show\/20052\"><strong>Dr. Gina Madrigrano<\/strong><\/a><strong>: &nbsp;<\/strong>A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on March 14, 2025. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpbao.ca\/public_register\/show\/25462\"><strong>Ms. Christine Vestervelt<\/strong><\/a><strong>: &nbsp;<\/strong>A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on March 20, 2025. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/21649\"><strong>Ms. Tatiana Zdyb<\/strong><\/a><strong>: &nbsp;<\/strong>A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on March 4, 2025. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpbao.ca\/public_register\/show\/1666\"><strong>Dr. Kenneth Zucker<\/strong><\/a><strong>: &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on March 17, 2025. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PRE-HEARINGS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There were no Pre-Hearing Conferences held in the 4<sup>th<\/sup> quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DECISIONS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/20739\"><strong>Dr. Laura Brown<\/strong><\/a><strong>: &nbsp;<\/strong>This matter was heard on February 25, 2025, with written reasons released on April 21, 2025.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2892\"><strong>Dr. Frank Kane<\/strong><\/a><strong>: <\/strong>This matter was heard on January 6, 2025, with written reasons released on February 18, 2025. (Written reasons were received by the College on March 13, 2025.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ONGOING MATTERS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/21448\"><strong>Mr. Eldon Bossin<\/strong><\/a><strong>: &nbsp;<\/strong>The Hearing for this matter has not yet been scheduled.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpbao.ca\/public_register\/show\/20213\"><strong>Dr. Philip Classen<\/strong><\/a><strong>: &nbsp;<\/strong>This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2873\"><strong>Mr. Christopher Heap<\/strong><\/a><strong> (3 matters): &nbsp;<\/strong>This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/20198\"><strong>Dr. Irina Trofimova<\/strong><\/a><strong> (2 matters): &nbsp;<\/strong>The Pre-Hearing Conference for two related matters took place on December 12, 2024.
