QA REQUIREMENTS DUE BY JUNE 30, 2026<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

If you have a numerically even registration number<\/strong>, your QA cycle of July 1, 2024 \u2013 June 30, 2026<\/strong>, ends this year. You must submit your Declaration of Completion for the cycle by June 30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll receive an email with further instructions on May 1 when the 2026 Self-Assessment Guide and online Declaration form<\/em> become available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances and are unable to complete your QA requirements, as per the table below, please submit a consideration request to the Quality Assurance team at qualityassurance@cpbao.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

At its March meeting, the Board approved updates to CPBAO\u2019s Quality Assurance (QA) Program. These changes are now in effect<\/strong> for all current cycles and are designed to simplify requirements and streamline the Declarations of Completion <\/em>process.<\/em> No additional participation requirements are being introduced, and QA \u201codd\u201d and \u201ceven\u201d year cycles remain unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
