CPBAO recently completed its first-ever independent Board effectiveness review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For a College that has been serving the public for over 60 years, this represents a meaningful milestone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of our commitment to continuous quality improvement, one of CPBAO’s strategic pillars, and in alignment with the Ontario Ministry of Health\u2019s College Performance Measurement Framework (CPMF) \u2014 a framework all RHPA Colleges participate in \u2014 the Board engaged an independent third party to assess its effectiveness and identify opportunities to strengthen governance practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The review provided valuable insights into the Board\u2019s strengths, as well as recommendations to support continued growth and improvement. We welcome the findings and the opportunities they present. We believe this kind of honest reflection makes for better governance, and ultimately, better outcomes for the public we serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
