There were no referrals to the Discipline Committee in the 2nd quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Dr. Erick Roat: https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/21355<\/a>

    At a Hearing held on November 25, 2020 the Discipline Panel decided to reinstate Dr. Roat\u2019s Certificate of Registration. The Panel\u2019s decision with reasons will be posted as soon as it is available.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on June 29, 2020. A Pre-Hearing Conference for this matter was held on December 7, 2020.
