REFERRALS TO DISCIPLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two referrals were made to the Discipline Committee in the third quarter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Dr. Augustine Meier:<\/strong> https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/1032<\/a>
    A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on November 30, 2020. The matter is currently at the pre-hearing stage and a hearing has not yet been scheduled.

  2. Dr. Andr\u00e9 Dessaulles<\/strong>: https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/2530<\/a>
    A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on January 21, 2021. The matter is currently at the pre-hearing stage and a hearing has not yet been scheduled.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    HEARINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There were no hearings held in the third quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ONGOING MATTERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Dr. Martin Rovers<\/strong>: https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/3067<\/a>
      A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on June 29, 2020. A hearing is scheduled for June 29, 2021.

    2. Dr. Darren Schmidt<\/strong>: https:\/\/members.cpo.on.ca\/public_register\/show\/21702<\/a>
      A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on July 14, 2020. A pre-hearing motion will be heard on June 2, 2021 and the hearing is scheduled for June 21-23, 2021.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
