The Ministry of the Attorney General’s Capacity Assessment Office is recruiting qualified health practitioners to train as designated capacity assessors under the Substitute Decisions Act (SDA).
Capacity assessors are fee-for-service health practitioners who determine whether an individual is capable of making financial or personal care decisions under the SDA. 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø registrants in good standing may be eligible to apply.
Application deadline: June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
